La Dulce is a modern tapas restaurant that utilizes a mixture of imported and fresh local products in a casual setting. The space is reminiscent of spending an evening in a Madrid home, with low tables and couch seating to encourage conversation. The dishes are small plates designed to allow our dinners to try a few dishes every time along with food-friendly craft beer, cocktails and wine.

Dan grew up in the north suburbs of Detroit and developed a love for all things food and drink while hunting and gardening with his family. He was the lead server / assistant manager at Torino for its two year run, where he developed his knowledge of fine wine and food pairings. He enjoys a pint of rich amber ale and a dram of whisky in the wee hours.
Born and raised in Segovia, Spain, This talented Chef has worked for different Michelin Star rated restaurants such as Celler de Can Roca, one of the top 3 restaurants in the world and A Poniente. One of his specialties and passions is Suckling Pig Segovia Style. He loves Soccer Football, a serious fan of Atletico de Madrid.
A native of Toluca, Mexico, Luis has been immersed in the culinary world since a young age. This is his first restaurant in the Metro Detroit Area.
